GeoTag Photos Online is free to use, with no account required and no usage limits beyond your own device's memory. You may use it for personal, business, or commercial photo geotagging.

You're responsible for the photos you process and the location data you attach to them. Don't use the tool to misrepresent where a photo was taken in a way that's fraudulent, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful.

Because processing happens locally in your browser, we never receive, store, or have access to the photos you tag. There is nothing on our servers to request, delete, or export, since we don't hold it in the first place. See the privacy policy for the full explanation.

The site's design, code, and written guides belong to GeoTag Photos Online. Your photos, and any metadata you write into them, remain entirely yours.

These terms may be updated from time to time as the tool changes. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the current version.

The tool is provided free and as-is. To the extent permitted by law, GeoTag Photos Online isn't liable for damages arising from use of the site or tool, including data loss, incorrect location data, or third-party platform changes described in the disclaimer.
